Thy Will be Done represents my darling husband Will watching over me. I’ve dedicated this poignant and sentimental piece to him as his lasting legacy. The Lapwing is a very special bird to both of us and we used to watch them on the farm together and always looked for them when we were on our travels. It just felt the right thing to do once it was finished to honour his life forever within my painting.

This piece is framed in a hand made Italian moulding inlayed with bronze. Outer edge is solid ebony wood. This is the most refined frame I’ve come across which is now used for all my original art.
